Learning Challenge: deskercise

This week I learned about exercises you can do at your desk. I was really interested int this because I have been trying to add stretches and yoga to my daily routine while I do stationary things like watch tv. There was an article about desk yoga that was really good and gave me new ideas. I think this will be very helpful as finals approach because I will be spending a lot of time hunched over a desk and staring at a computer.
